KUAA Constitution

The Constitution of the Kelaniya University Alumni Association Australia (KUAA) serves as the governing framework of the Association. It establishes the principles, objectives, governance structure, membership requirements, and operational procedures that guide the Association in fulfilling its mission.

The Constitution is designed to promote transparency, accountability, fairness, and good governance while ensuring that all activities of KUAA are conducted in accordance with its values and objectives. It defines the roles and responsibilities of the Executive Committee, outlines the rights and obligations of members, and provides procedures for meetings, elections, financial management, and decision-making.

The Constitution also sets out the process for proposing and approving amendments, enabling the Association to evolve and respond to the changing needs of its members while preserving its core purpose and values.

All members are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Constitution, as it represents the foundation of KUAA's governance and reflects the collective commitment of its members to maintaining a professional, inclusive, and sustainable alumni association.
